Cardholders can board first on domestic flights and get a discount on in-flight food and beverages. You can also double your miles when you buy from American Airlines, by earning 1 mile per $1 spent on other purchases. Each year you can redeem up to 10,000 miles.   • The card is great for domestic and foreign flights.

  • You are restricted to flying on American Airlines or participating partner airlines.
